Support Edmonton customers through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education as a Personal Banking Associate at TD Canada Trust.
This branch-based Personal Banking Associate position serves customers within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business. You will address banking needs, guide customers toward appropriate solutions, and build lasting relationships through clear communication and sound judgement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day advice needs and service transactions
- Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
- Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
- Guide customers to appropriate contacts and solutions
- Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
- Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within ninety days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
- Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
- Strong customer experience, communication, and organizational skills
