- Serve as the primary contact for client accounts
- Manage projects from brief through execution
- Plan projects and allocate tasks effectively
- Review campaigns and performance metrics for accuracy
- Monitor account performance using analytics tools
- Minimum 2 years in an agency account management role
- Strong client communication skills
- Understanding of e-commerce and email marketing
- Familiar with Klaviyo, Omnisend, and management tools
- Highly organized with problem-solving abilities
