Key Responsibilities:
- Lead production teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Meet production targets and monitor schedules

- Hire, train, and evaluate production staff
- Adapt to various indoor and outdoor temperatures
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of plywood and veneer production
