Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to train generative AI voice, image, and video models. You will assess natural conversations, compare visual outputs, and explain evidence behind ratings. Strong communication and independent judgment support accurate model feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
  • Rank voice responses for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
  • Compare generated images and videos against prompts
  • Inspect outputs for anatomy, motion, text, and audio issues
  • Write specific English explanations supporting each rating

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and clear written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and patience
  • Comfort with natural conversational speech and realistic situations
  • Experience writing short evidence-based explanations or reviews
  • Computer, reliable internet, headphones, and a quiet place
