Key Responsibilities
• Direct performance across the two-shift converting operation
• Develop and train supervisors and operators effectively
• Spend time understanding production processes firsthand
• Document operator expertise into standard operating procedures
• Drive improvements in machine uptime and efficiency
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years of manufacturing experience
• Proven record in overseeing multi-skilled employees
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques
