Key Responsibilities
• Develop detailed estimates for MEP systems from design materials
• Strengthen relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
• Lead the estimation process and risk assessments
• Review and communicate constructability issues
• Assist in establishing accurate bid proposals and cost analyses
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and 5–7 years of estimating experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Proven ability to read and interpret contract documents
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
