Your ability to work with data will be essential for analyzing trends and providing valuable recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the annual compensation review processes
- Perform benchmarking and compensation analysis
- Analyze internal pay equity and trend data
- Assist with job evaluations and role documentation
- Maintain HR and Total Rewards reporting dashboards
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related fields
- 3-4 years of relevant HR or compensation experience
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is beneficial
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset
