- Manage equipment maintenance and operational readiness
- Lead supervisory activities ensuring safety compliance
- Track and control equipment costs effectively
- Compile comprehensive management reports on equipment usage
- Support the training and development of team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
- At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical equipment management
- Preferred experience in tunneling
- Strong grasp of safety regulations in construction
- Excellent organizational, time management skills
