Elevate your sales career with Brandt as an Outside Parts and Service Representative in Cranbrook. This role focuses on promoting construction and forestry parts while ensuring exceptional after-sales support. As Brandt continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated representative to manage relationships with both new and existing customers. This position involves driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the Parts & Service departments. You will frequently engage with clients, implement territory plans, and keep them informed about our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop strong customer relationships and increase sales
• Assist Parts & Service departments for better performance
• Prospect and cold call new accounts regularly
• Visit assigned customers at least once monthly
• Maintain detailed customer database records

Requirements:
• Proven outside sales experience in parts and services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to effectively manage customer expectations
• Skilled in developing sales strategies
