Become a key part of Bass Pro Shops as a Firearms Specialist responsible for firearm management and customer service. Ensure compliance with firearm regulations while connecting with customers every day. This role involves managing backroom processes related to firearms, from acquisition to inventory accuracy. You’ll assist customers with firearm sales and hunting merchandise, providing top-tier customer service and expert advice. Candidates should have a Full Firearms Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) and prior experience in sporting goods or related fields. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough firearms inventory management
- Assist customers in firearm and hunting merchandise purchases
- Provide superior customer service tailored to individual needs
- Ensure compliance with all firearm regulations and policies
- Support team development through coaching and training
- One or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Full Firearms Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) necessary
- Knowledge of firearms, including historical/antique types
- Strong problem-solving and customer engagement skills
