Your impact will be felt through optimized delivery strategies and satisfied customers across the network. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily performance indicators of delivery partners
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements
- Prepare operational performance reports regularly
- Support delivery partner operations and incident resolutions
- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related
- 2-5 years in eCommerce or operational optimization
- Strong analytical skills with performance management experience
- Knowledge of last mile operations and data analysis
- Willingness for limited travel across Ontario
