Our organization is currently seeking a part time experienced data entry person. You will be responsible for preparing, entering, and examining financial records / journal entries for our company in Syosset near the LIRR station.
Responsibilities
- Compute and record numerical data for QuickBooks
- Check the accuracy of business transaction in QuickBooks
- Perform accurate data entry and filing work
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an data entry or in accounting (preferably an understanding of retail)
- Very organized, detail-oriented, and hard working
- 2+ years experience using QuickBooks and excel
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must speak at least conversational English
