Shape the future of asset-liability management as an ALM Director, Consultant with Aon, joining the Global Life Risk Modelling team. Collaborate with global clients to tackle complex investment challenges through sophisticated ALM solutions. This leadership role seeks candidates with at least 8 years in ALM modeling or investment actuary positions, particularly within life insurance. You will develop strategic asset allocation models, deliver client training on PathWise, and enhance user experience during migrations. Your contributions will ensure effective regulatory compliance and optimize financial outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ALM models for institutional clients
- Optimize investment strategy and risk monitoring
- Create training materials for PathWise users
- Propose process improvements for client efficiency
- Engage in client presentations and industry conferences
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience
- Knowledge of ALM and risk in investment context
- Understanding of Bermuda regulations for insurers
- Proficient in programming and actuarial software
- Strong communication and client presentation skills
