Design accessible AI learning content with Amii using instructional design expertise, WCAG standards, and rapid authoring tools. This full-time term position supports technical education.
As an Instructional Designer on Amii’s Training team, you will guide educators developing AI and machine learning content. The position applies pedagogical expertise across blended learning, HyFlex, and microcredential programs. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts and stakeholders while supporting learner success, content excellence, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain optimal learning environments for clients
- Support learner-centred curriculum across multiple delivery formats
- Apply WCAG standards and universal design principles
- Create e-learning content using rapid authoring tools
- Improve Training team processes, tools, and resources
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Education, Machine Learning, or related field
- Three or more years of instructional design experience
- Curriculum, learning exercise, illustration, training, and evaluation experience
- Proficiency with Articulate 360 and D2L Brightspace
- Exceptional communication, detail, prioritization, and collaboration skills
