As a Mechanical Design Technician, you will analyze client needs and interpret technical clauses in plans and specifications. You will contribute to technical concepts, plans, lists, datasheets, calculations, and manuals. The work also includes equipment selection, manufacturing support, and commissioning assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and analyze client needs
- Interpret technical clauses in plans and specifications
- Participate in designing technical deliverables
- Participate in equipment selection for designs
- Support manufacturing and equipment commissioning
Requirements:
- DEC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Five to nine years of mechanical design experience
- Knowledge of SolidWorks or Revit is an asset
- Fluent spoken and written French
- Adaptability, autonomy, leadership, and teamwork
