Key Responsibilities:
- Frame walls and hang doors on restoration projects
- Install flooring, trim, cabinetry, and finishing touches
- Read plans and measure materials accurately
- Share carpentry knowledge with crew members

Requirements:
- Minimum two years construction, carpentry, or restoration experience
- Blueprint reading and construction math skills
- Drywall, framing, finishing, and installation experience
- Hand and power tool proficiency
- Ability to mentor others and communicate effectively
