This role requires candidates with well-rounded skills in equipment operation, independent work, and team collaboration. Qualified applicants will possess a heavy equipment diploma and two years of relevant experience in a stimulating environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as harvesters and forwarders
- Maintain a strong safety record and comply with operational protocols
- Collaborate with the team while also working independently
- Adapt to different harvesting locations and tasks as required
- Shift work including rotating day and night schedules
- Heavy Equipment Operator diploma preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in equipment operation
- Proven safety record and clean driver’s abstract
- Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Friday
- Ability to work in varying locations based on operations
