- Address safety hazards promptly and effectively
- Maintain documentation as per BRC requirements
- Strong supervisory experience in maintenance roles
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance supervisory experience
- College-level technical degree required
- Millwright certification essential
- Proven mechanical and troubleshooting expertise
