Monitor daily sales performance and labour requirements Model exemplary customer service behaviours and establish standards Support employee training on sales techniques and product knowledge Reconcile cash, receipts, payroll, accounting, and store paperwork Assist with employee performance reviews and ongoing management
Requirements:
