Candidates should have a strong focus on inventory management, quality assurance, and compliance while providing guidance to pharmacists and support staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and team scheduling
- Verify prescriptions and ensure accuracy in dispensing
- Provide patient counselling and collaborate with prescribers
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
- Current pharmacist registration in good standing
- 3-5 years of pharmacy-practice experience
- Previous supervisory or operations experience
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication safety
