Become a Retail Store Supervisor at a busy location in Dryden, Ontario. This full-time role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively across various shifts. This permanent position at 509 Government Street focuses on supervising retail staff and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and assigning duties to sales workers, while also managing schedules and inventory. A background in retail will be advantageous for resolving customer issues and supporting sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Assign duties to sales personnel efficiently
- Hire and train retail staff as needed
- Authorize payments and returns correctly
- Order merchandise to maintain stock levels
- Prepare reports on sales and staffing matters
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- 7 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a busy and varied workload
- Detail-oriented and reliable
