This role requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience to manage project execution, ensure safety, and meet client expectations. You will coordinate teams and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including homeowners and general contractors. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee insurance restoration roofing projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for project execution
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality deliverables
- Document all aspects of project management
- Handle emergency repairs in a timely manner
- At least 3 years of experience in project management
- Solid understanding of roofing and insurance processes
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license is mandatory
- Experience with restoration estimating tools is an advantage
