Job description:

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Math Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success in mathematics.

Responsibilities

  • Educate students on mathematical concepts ranging from basic arithmetic to advanced topics, ensuring comprehension and application of skills.
  • Provide tutoring support for Grade 1-12 students who require additional assistance, fostering a supportive environment for their academic growth.
  • Manage classroom dynamics effectively, maintaining discipline while encouraging student participation and collaboration.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of high school mathematics curriculum and instructional strategies. ( Only applicant who score 80% and more with our advance math assessment will be considered)
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and understanding.
  • Excellent communication skills and multitasking
  • Strong organizational skills to manage sessions efficiently.
