Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain schedules for security personnel
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust in real-time
• Communicate assignments and duty changes promptly
• Ensure compliance with scheduling practices and policies
• Utilize scheduling software for accurate timekeeping records
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• Experience in scheduling or workforce coordination
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
