Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to inspire the team and drive customer engagement. With a strong focus on leading by example, you will help meet sales targets and support team development. Your leadership will enhance both in-store dynamics and back-of-house operations, ensuring a fun and engaging environment for customers and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging customer experiences aligned with brand standards
- Act as a role model for sales and engagement on the floor
- Coach team to reach sales targets effectively
- Set clear expectations and ensure accountability during shifts
- Support inventory management and store organization
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail experience in a fast-paced setting
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong sales driving and KPI achievement skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
