Key Responsibilities
• Manage operations including production and shipping
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost efficiency initiatives
• Develop operational strategies for improved resource use
• Ensure compliance with food safety and labor standards
• Drive initiatives to boost crop quality and operational efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years in greenhouse operations with leadership
• Strong knowledge of crop production and environmental controls
• Proven experience managing complex operations
