Performance Auto Group is seeking an IT Technician to deliver effective technical assistance. This full-time role requires over three years of experience in computer systems and networks. You will be required to set up workstations, manage help requests, and establish documented solutions to improve the technical landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure workstations and laptops
- Manage incoming IT ticket requests with courtesy
- Establish documented resolutions for future reference
- Identify software and hardware used organization-wide
- Perform hands-on fixes and preventative maintenance
- Minimum 3 years' experience in IT support
- Knowledge of the retail automotive industry preferred
- College diploma in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Valid Ontario G or G2 Driver's License required
