This full-time role emphasizes instructional leadership, faculty development, and managing the IB Primary Years Programme. Join Southpointe Academy, an innovative International Baccalaureate school, as a Vice Principal and PYP Coordinator for the Junior School (K-5). This role requires seasoned educational leadership along with a collaborative approach for teaching improvement, where you will support the Principal and the Senior Leadership Team. You will focus on advancing PYP initiatives, faculty training, and ensuring a high standard of educational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Support daily leadership and operation of the Junior School
• Monitor teaching through observations, coaching, and evaluations
• Collaborate on faculty management practices and professional development
• Lead PYP implementation and curriculum development
• Conduct assessments to guide instructional priorities

Requirements:
• Understanding of IB PYP framework
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Master of Education or higher training in leadership
