The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience and visual design of our product. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver an intuitive, cohesive, and visually appealing user experience. This is a hands-on role where you'll drive design from ideation through to execution, ensuring every interaction is meaningful and aligns with our business objectives and customer and end user needs.
You'll work closely with all departments — including development, product, go-to-market and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is passionate about product design, thrives on solving problems proactively, and has an incessant drive for improvement.
End-to-End Product Design : Take ownership of the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
User-Centered Design : Design and own user experiences that are intuitive and delightful prioritizing user needs and balance business goals
Cross-Functional Collaboration : collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, and other internal stakeholders to take features from conception to delivery
Make informed design decisions by conducting user research and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors
Visual Design and Branding : Craft high-quality, visually appealing interfaces and contribute our brand's visual identity and design standards.
5+ years of product design experience ideally within a SaaS or healthtech environment.
~ Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
~ Hands-on design skills with deep knowledge of Figma, or similar tools, for remote collaboration.
~ Experience working closely with product managers and engineers on implementing and iterating on designs while they are being developed.
~ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Familiarity with telehealth, digital healthcare, or e-commerce products
Experience building design systems from the ground up
Front end web development skill with frameworks such as HTML, CSS, and JS (React)
Experience designing experiments and with A/B testing
Experience designing marketing collateral
Stock options in a fast-growing healthtech startup
