Become a Senior Facility Manager at Cooper Koo Family YMCA in Toronto, dedicated to maintaining high service standards in a full-time role. - Lead cleaning and maintenance teams at the facility
- Direct supervision for maintenance and repair operations
- Develop and execute facility refurbishment programs
- Manage recruitment and training for maintenance staff
- Ensure compliance with safety practices and contract services
- Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
- RPA Certificate or equivalent experience
- At least 10 years in skilled trades or facility management
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in relevant software applications
