Join Express Scripts Canada as a Production Pharmacy Assistant in on-site Mississauga. This 6-month contract position involves supporting pharmacy operations through skilled medical packaging and shipping.
This role is critical in the daily operations of the Pharmacy department at Express Scripts. Candidates should possess two years of relevant pharmacy experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Kroll. A customer-focused attitude is essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package and ship medications correctly
- Maintain accurate inventory practices with FIFO
- Measure and prepare medications as instructed
- Support the pharmacy team with organizational tasks
- Manage materials and supplies for ongoing operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in pharmacy settings
- Proficient in Kroll software and MS Office apps
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Capable of lifting and standing for work shifts
