Your responsibilities will include evaluating risks, coaching employees on body mechanics, and conducting injury prevention trainings. This position supports a variety of environments, from industrial settings to private offices, as you provide employees with essential resources for well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide employees on proper body mechanics and self-care
- Assess risks and implement injury prevention strategies
- Provide deep tissue therapy to enhance performance
- Maintain detailed records using DORN’s systems
- Gather feedback through employee surveys on services delivered
- Relevant degree and 2-4 years of injury prevention experience
- Strong documentation and reporting skills in Microsoft Office
- Professional liability insurance and valid state licensure
- Technology savvy to utilize reporting systems
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
