Regular & unscheduled inspections and maintenance of all wheeled vehicles, over snow equipment, and stationary engines Communicate any unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries in a timely manner to the supervisor in order to facilitate prompt correction or reporting Diagnose defects in heavy duty equipment Assist in all vehicle and equipment maintenance projects and work with contractors as required Operate all fleet vehicles in order to evaluate the results of previously performed maintenance Complete work orders and projects as assigned Accurate record keeping of regular inspections, maintenance, and projects Work closely with Mountain Operations, Mechanical Services, Parts / Purchasing, and in cooperation with all other resort departments Second to Fourth year HD Mechanic apprentice, actively enrolled in a training program Intermediate to advanced skiing/snowboarding skills are an asset Valid Driver’s license (class 5), a clean driving abstract and a clean 3-year claims experience letter provided from your insurance policy is required. Strong knowledge of truck and equipment safety First aid certificate an asset B etween $30.72
