Key Responsibilities
Lead clinical and support colleagues through clear expectations Manage staffing, performance evaluations, talent assessments, and development Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facilities Manage budgets, financial reports, payments, and invoices Address client concerns and strengthen client satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum three years management experience, preferably healthcare Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Conflict resolution and critical thinking skills Basic financial and digital systems proficiency Bring veterinary practice leadership, financial insight, and client-focused operations management to VetStrategy’s practice environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
