Spa Massage Therapist Job in Ajax, ON
Elements Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and professional Spa Massage Therapist to join our team. This full-time or part-time opportunity allows you to build your client base in a relaxing, modern wellness environment serving Ajax and the Durham Region.

Position Overview:
The Spa Massage Therapist will provide relaxation and wellness-focused massage treatments designed to reduce stress, relieve muscle tension, and enhance overall client well-being. This role is ideal for a therapist who is passionate about creating a calming experience while building lasting client relationships.
Compensation:
40-50% split
Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution
- Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred
- Knowledge of relaxation and therapeutic massage techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client consultations to understand individual wellness goals and preferences
- Provide relaxation, therapeutic, and spa-style massage treatments
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and professional treatment environment
- Educate clients on wellness, relaxation, and stress management techniques
- Maintain accurate and professional client records
- Follow clinic hygiene and safety protocols
- Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term client relationships

- Proficiency in relaxation, deep tissue, and wellness massage techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and client care abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
- Ability to create a calm and relaxing treatment experience
