Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Site-Specific Safety and Location Plans
- Monitor compliance with Worley's Safety Management System
- Conduct safety audits and worksite inspections
- Guide construction management on HSE practices
- Maintain documentation per Site-Specific Safety Plan
Requirements:
- Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety preferred
- National Construction Safety Officer certification required
- Minimum 5 years of industrial site safety experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and safety management tools
