As the Candidate Experience Lead, you will balance people management with direct contributions to recruitment projects and scheduling operations. Your role emphasizes identifying areas for improvement and driving necessary changes to enhance the overall candidate journey through proactive communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish SLAs and ensure team accountability in scheduling
- Coach new hires and support team skill development
- Identify scheduling improvements through data-driven insights
- Utilize knowledge of tools to enhance team capabilities
- Collaborate with TA leaders to improve candidate logistics
- 4–6 years in recruitment coordination or operations
- Familiarity with scheduling and coordination tools
- Experience in process improvement strategies
- Proven problem-solving ability using metrics
- Exceptional collaboration with hiring stakeholders
