As a Junior Server, you will support Botanist’s service team during innovative culinary and cocktail experiences. The position involves understanding menus, ingredients, and preparation methods while anticipating guest needs. You will help maintain the elevated standards associated with Forbes Travel Guide five-star service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist food and beverage service with accurate timing and presentation
- Anticipate guest needs throughout each dining experience
- Set, clear, and reset tables with precision
- Communicate with Front of House and Culinary teams
- Support large parties, special events, and unique dining experiences
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for food, beverage, and exceptional guest experiences
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Serving It Right certification and Canadian work eligibility
