With at least 3 years of experience, you will ensure every tool meets stringent quality standards and safety requirements through careful monitoring and adjustment of operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machining and milling centers
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Verify dimensions using precision measurement instruments
- Fit and assemble tooling components with adjustments
- Conduct test runs, adjust, and inspect tools
- 3+ years of CNC machining and mold-making experience
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools
- Familiarity with CAM software and machine codes
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
