As a Senior Manager, you will play a vital role in refining accounting processes essential for manufacturing operations. Your responsibilities will include establishing a comprehensive accounting framework and leading financial planning initiatives to optimize cost structures and enhance decision-making capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage the full-cycle accounting function - Ensure compliance with federal and provincial taxes - Conduct cost analysis and variance reporting - Oversee inventory accounting and COGS monitoring - Optimize an ERP system for financial processes
Requirements: - CPA designation required - 8 years of relevant accounting experience - Hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting - Knowledge of ASPE or IFRS standards - Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
