Key Responsibilities
Run seven to ten scheduled phone and Zoom consultations daily Learn clients' goals, timelines, backgrounds, and urgency Explain services and attorney support for immigration cases Guide clients forward and collect signed retainer agreements Follow up quickly and update the CRM daily
Requirements:
Live in Canada and hold Canadian work authorization Experience in sales, consultations, or customer service Professional phone and Zoom communication skills Quiet home workspace and reliable internet connection Availability for Eastern Time evenings and weekends Use consultation, follow-up, and client communication skills to connect prospective U.
