Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead associate career development and mentor programs
• Administer performance management and compensation reviews
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new associates
• Monitor associate workloads and support efficient team dynamics
• Partner with leadership to execute strategic talent initiatives
Requirements:
• JD or Bachelor’s degree in law required
• Minimum five years of experience in a law firm setting
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities
