THE OPPORTUNITY
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be a hands-on owner of the infrastructure and delivery systems behind our platform. That means architecting scalable, secure cloud environments, primarily on AWS;
maintaining network designs that balance performance and security;
leading the evolution of our CI/CD pipelines;
and building the automation and observability that keep production healthy. You’ll also set the standard for security in the infrastructure you build, and partner closely with developers, QA, and IT operations to make shipping safe, routine, and fast.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS, with working knowledge of Azure and GCPDesign and maintain network architecture (VPCs, Transit Gateways, VPNs, IPsec tunnels, DNS) for performance and securityOwn and evolve CI/CD pipelines so software releases are automated, repeatable, and low-riskBuild automation for deployment, monitoring, and operations to reduce manual work and human errorMonitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and tune resource allocation for high availabilityBuild security into infrastructure: least privilege, secrets management, hardening, and vulnerability remediationCreate and maintain architecture diagrams, runbooks, and process documentationWork with developers, QA, and IT operations to remove friction and improve delivery and reliabilityWHAT YOU WILL NEED
7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role, or equivalent practical experience, with hands-on depth in AWSStrong Linux systems administrationScripting proficiency in Python and/or BashInfrastructure as Code experience with TerraformConfiguration management experience with Ansible or PuppetContainerization experience with Docker and KubernetesWorking knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, Transit Gateways, and IPsec tunnelsCI/CD experience with tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CDProficiency with Git for version control and collaborationStrong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting complex systemsPREFERRED SKILLS
Hands-on experience with Azure or GCPExperience supporting AI/ML workflows in AWSA DevSecOps background or experience in a security-focused or regulated environmentExperience with observability tooling (for example, Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog)Experience keeping high-availability production SaaS platforms runningBenefits & Perks:
