Become an integral part of our production team as an Experienced Injection Molding Technician. Focus on troubleshooting and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
As a Set-Up Technician, you will address technical challenges during shifts, ensuring all processes run smoothly. Candidates should have a minimum of five years' experience in injection molding, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. You will actively collaborate with the Shift Supervisor to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and troubleshoot molding machines for production
- Manage technical issues to meet safety and quality goals
- Conduct mold and insert changes as needed
- Report problems to maintenance staff and supervisors
- Assist with training and operational audits
Requirements:
- High School diploma; vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years in injection molding technical roles
- Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Crane and forklift certification necessary
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
