- Guide a small crew in landscape upkeep
- Organize daily activities efficiently
- Monitor maintenance quality across properties
- Facilitate daily equipment checks and report issues
- Communicate with management about progress
- 1-3 years experience in landscape maintenance
- At least 1 year leading a maintenance crew
- G driver's license required for vehicle operation
- Strong grasp of landscape equipment and techniques
- Ability to handle outdoor physical work
