We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Director who thrives in hands-on environments while guiding a team of financial experts. With a CPA and over ten years of experience in finance and accounting, your role will include optimizing processes, managing financial forecasts, and producing insightful reports. You will also ensure that internal controls and ERP implementations meet high standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily finance and accounting functions
- Manage budgets, cash flow, and projections
- Deliver accurate and actionable financial reports
- Participate in ERP system enhancements and process optimization
- Mentor and manage a team of approximately ten people
- CPA certification required
- 10+ years in finance and accounting roles
- Extensive team management experience
- Familiarity with ERP system projects
- High-level proficiency in French and English
