Key Responsibilities
• Lead complex analysis projects in underwriting
• Coach and develop junior analysts on best practices
• Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Define and refine the team's analytical roadmap
• Apply SQL and Python to process and visualize data
Requirements:
• 5+ years in business analysis with a focus on strategy
• 1+ year in project leadership
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and credit analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative subject
