Make a significant impact on clients' financial futures with CIBC as a Financial Services Representative. Engage in client relationships, provide tailored financial advice, and work full-time at our Langley banking center. As part of the Personal and Business Banking team, you will build meaningful connections with clients and work towards their financial success. With expertise in cash management, investments, and credit, you’ll help clients develop forward-looking financial plans. Flexibility is crucial as you may work across multiple banking centers, including evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Advise clients on financial goals and product solutions
- Conduct marketing and outreach initiatives
- Utilize technology for enhanced client service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal client experiences
- Mutual Funds License in good standing
- 1 year of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Comfort with technology and banking applications
- Prior banking experience is a plus
