Key Responsibilities
Lead budgets, profitability, P&L results, and operational KPIs Execute branch business plans with leadership Plan seasonal staffing, training, equipment, and service readiness Coach teams and set clear performance expectations Resolve client concerns and support contract retention
Requirements:
At least 7 years of progressive relevant experience Experience managing budgets, productivity, and operating costs Understanding of seasonal operations and workforce planning Strong coaching, communication, and client relationship skills English and French communication skills, plus valid driver’s licence Apply your landscaping operations, financial management, and leadership experience to guide Strathmore’s Ottawa–Gatineau branch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
