Key Responsibilities
• Prepare estimates tied to project budgets and pro formas
• Oversee tendering and procurement of trade packages
• Direct design efforts for DEXEL Architecture and consultants
• Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering
• Ensure complete handover to the construction team
Requirements:
• 10+ years in pre-construction or estimating roles
• Experience estimating projects of $50 million or more
• Strong trade package procurement skills
• Proficiency in BIM for project coordination
